Creating personas
Personas were developed to gain a deeper understanding of user needs, including those of employees, clients, and patients. This process helped tailor the application to address specific requirements and improve user satisfaction.

Initial development and research
The platform was build on OutSystems to accelerate delivery and provide the flexibility needed for custom features.
Despite leveraging this rapid development platform, we ensured that the brand's design system remained fully integrated, maintaining consistency with Europcar’s visual and functional standards.
This approach allowed us to meet both technical and aesthetic requirements efficiently.
Wireframing and design
Wireframes were developed to provide a foundational layout for the final UI.
The final screens were designed using an existing design system that adheres to the guidelines of Luz Saúde Group, ensuring consistency and alignment with their established standards.
