Timeless

Content management platform

Centralize client content for a better organization and ease of development.

Web application for task management and media approvals

A web platform was created to store and organize all media produced for a brand over time.

Clients can check the status and deadlines of tasks, review media, request changes, and approve updates.

The solution involved identifying current issues in client and content management, difficulties in organizing versions and sharing content with clients, the reliance on email communication, and the risk of losing information.

Aim and objective

Timeless aims to address the inefficiencies in media management and approval processes that many creative teams face, especially when dealing with clients.

The platform was designed to streamline the organization and sharing of materials between agencies and their clients.

By providing a central hub for all media content, teams can efficiently catalog and manage assets, simplifying their reuse them for future campaigns and communications easier.

One of the key pain points Timeless solves is the chaos of feedback loops, which often get lost in emails or scattered across platforms.

By introducing a structured system for requesting revisions and approvals, Timeless empowers both teams and clients with a clear, organized space to collaborate.

The platform also integrates a media approval system, allowing clients to review, comment on, and approve deliverables directly within the app, promoting the control and confidence in the process.

Ultimately, Timeless aims to enhance collaboration, reduce bottlenecks, and create a more transparent and efficient workflow for media production and client communication.

Centralizing information and enhancing feedback

Centralizing all information was important so clients could always access the media used.

We also added a comments section for clients and team members to easily share information and request changes.

interface

  • For the application's UI, we aimed to stay close to the current branding of the company.

  • However, treating the product as independent and focusing on accessibility, we made changes to ensure all content is easy to read.

  • The goal was to create a modern product focused on video and content management.

Dark mode was chosen, with minimal primary colors and a gray scale to highlight key actions on each page.
